I have had this truck for almost 25 years now. My 1st vehicle. I have taken this baby through the ringer. She started off as my high school beater, and spent many days pounding the forest floor. I lifted it and dropped a junk yard 350 in it. Over the years I started to see how awesome this truck is and how rare a nice stepside is. I almost never see any. Everytime I take this truck out I have someone come to it. She has been on the backburner now for some time. Kids.. Well, now I am ready. She is getting a heart transplant in a few weeks to the motor shown below. Tranny is getting sent out, and I am installing a new wire harness. I will post a bunch of pics. This truck is solid in and out. All new fenders, bed, wood floor, rails, etc.. When I say new I mean I did this build 14 years ago. My father in law helped me with the body and paint. Came out okay. I will have it re-painted in the near future.
