aussie re-tread? I'm sure some had to be made or converted for the brethren down under. Hmm. 3/4 ton with 5 lug conversion. Hmm.

Re: Interesting craigslist find

I've seen a right hand drive from down under on this site. IIRC, manual steering only. No power steering was ever offered.

Re: Interesting craigslist find

I'm no expert, but I don't think we ever had the early c10/20 built RHD. We did have the 73 shape for sale here for about 5 years but there wasn't the demand for such big pickups. Any other RHD was a grey import and converted here at great expense. Now that Holden have gone down the gurgler, who know's what is in store?

Re: Interesting craigslist find

I'm really happy to say that mine is still LHD. Took a little getting used to driving at first, but I much prefer it.

Re: Interesting craigslist find

There are several RHDs on the forum. Both factory and custom.

Here is Wrongside:

Re: Interesting craigslist find

I see lots of RHD conversions here in rural TN for mail carriers. Somebody near here has made a good living doing it. The ones I've seen up close look factory, a good job.
