Re: Project "What to do with no time and a grain truck?"

Well... project is on hold. We ended up buying a new-to-us home and sold ours. Had to slam the truck together to make the trailer ride to its new home where it will sit.... for.... a..... while.

Re: Project "What to do with no time and a grain truck?"

My how time flies. Well, we got all settled into the new house. I built a new shop in the back, it's not huge but I'm happy considering it's a city lot. The attached garage is jammed full until I get the interior of the shop done. My contractor just finished the outside last week so now it's my turn on the inside. I was able to get my truck home today though, so things are looking up. Hopefully in a short while I can start updating this build.

The new house...

As you can see, the attached garage is useless at the moment...

The pad poured in the back...

The view from the alley...

The inside, just had the XPR-10A installed last week.

And finally, my truck where it belongs.

Great new digs and the shop is fantastic. I'm green with envy.

I can't believe how time flies. No updates on the truck other than it's new home is done. Should be diving into the truck in another month, just waiting for a company to do the blow-in for the attic and then I need to get a heater installed.

If I had that garage, I wouldn't be spending much time in the house..

Looks good Dave! Now come renovate mine...

Forget the renovation... I'll help design your new shop in the back. Talk to Matt, he's got a contractor hook up for doing shops...

Re: Project "What to do with no time and a grain truck?"

Nice garage Man! I'm also finishing mine... The roof is not high enough for a lift though... Don't think my wife would let me cut through the roof... Anyway, I can't wait to follow the rest of your build.

Re: Project "What to do with no time and a grain truck?"

Notch , What size wheels did you use on the front , did you have to use a lesser negative setback to clear the A arms ? What width ? I am having trouble in this area using AirBagit A arm kit . Using identical wheels I have 1" clearance on the right side but am rubbing on the left with identical inflation on the bags .
