Need help - can't find a 1969 C10 Seat Cover Replacement
My 69 C10 has this for a seat cover and it is ripped on the drivers side. Anyone know where I can get a reproduction to replace it? I called YearOne and they have not ever seen one. My options code from the glove box said 4613GR - Green Custom Cloth.

Parts Unlimited, Inc. just outside of Louisville, KY manufactures many of the reproduction interior products for Year One and many others. My sister worked there for years and I custom ordered a complete interior for my 72 through her. She just feel victim to PUI selling out to another company not long ago, but you might contact them to see if they can produce what you need and sell it to you through one of their retailers.

It appears your seat has had some custom upholstery work done on it. That is not original issue "green custom cloth".

X2. If you want the OEM material contact board vendor truckseats or SMS fabrics can probably help. The material used is not an off the shelf item, and it will be $$$.

Re: Need help - can't find a 1969 C10 Seat Cover Replacement
I bought this truck from the original owner and I feel the same way - that this is not the original cover. I really ran this guy through the ringer and he swears that is how it came. I am inclined to believe him, but am not sure what to think about it. Everything about it screams factory, but it is odd because it has the darker green sides.
From what I know, the only green was a metallic dark green. Thought maybe is was a cover from an impala or caprice, so I will check my '69 "big car" dealer albums. I will probably end up putting in the green repro cover, but thought I would ask around before I order one. Thanks for the posts, I appreciate the help. I am sure it won't be my last |

Re: Need help - can't find a 1969 C10 Seat Cover Replacement
I heard back from a guy at Ecklers that did some extra research and they think this seat cover is a "Southwest" or "Santa Fe" option. I have heard of this before but have never actually seen one. Has anyone ever heard/seen one?
I have a feeling that either way I am screwed and will not be able to find a replacement, but it is nice to know that it is possible that it is original.

Never heard of a southwest or Santa Fe option. The green custom cloth is very different from that fabric.

there is always a chance that the dealer did this before it was sold to the guy you got it from.
