On the stepside I did for my son, we used aftermarket fenders from a couple of sources. Both fenders I used did not have marker lights or gas filler doors in them. If you need the LH sq filler door, it could be cut out of your original fender and patched into the new one. That way you do not have to fill in the marker lights. We used a rear mounted tank with the filler in the bed so there was no need for the fuel door in the fenders...
