Cross member
My c20 is dead, and I may get a 77 Suburban for a about $800. It runs great, but looks like hell. Just the interior the exterior is in decent condition for its age.
The Burb is a C10 model, and I have new brakes on my C20. Plus I would like the extra stopping power. Would my control arms swap over or do I need to do the whole cross member. |

Re: Cross member
From what i have read you can keep your crossmember just swap the control arms spindles and maybe tie rod ends.

Re: Cross member
I haven't gotten them yet. They will be delivered this coming weekend, and then I will post a few pics of the after math when I have a chance to do so.
Since I do not have a yard large enough for 3 trucks. I need to dispose of the rolled one fast, and get the good one to roller status fast. Then deal with my C20, and I plan to do that in a fast 4 day trash. |
