Re: Cheyenne Super "Dump Truck"
Looks to be handy if you haul fertilizer...put an appropriate shop logo on it and roll.

Re: Cheyenne Super "Dump Truck"
It would be great for hauling bulk plastic peanuts or tennis balls.

Re: Cheyenne Super "Dump Truck"
Wonder if he has a SPID? Looks kinda plain for a Super-no dash woodgrain, no a/c, no tilt, etc. It's a nice truck no doubt, just not sure it is a Super.

Re: Cheyenne Super "Dump Truck"
Yes, but it would seem unusual not to at least have the woodgrain on the dash. I could see no tach, a/c, or tilt, but thought you always got the woodgrain on the dash. Looks like a clean truck and well done, but if it's not a Super he shouldn't say that it is. I'd like to see the SPID.

Re: Cheyenne Super "Dump Truck"
Was trying not to do this but...
A Cheyenne Super was only a trim package with gauges it did not include anything like tach, tilt or A/C. They remained options over and above the cost of the Cheyenne Super trim (YE9). As was the two-tone paint. So it is possible to find a stripper, solid paint, no rear bumper, I-6/3OOT Stepside Cheyenne Super but not very likely. Typically it is seen on mid-level and higher trucks often that, if priced out, had options costing 50% or more above the truck's base price! Consider that a CE10734 was $2795.90 and a "Super" was $349.00 more and you can see how easy it was to nearly double the price on a "loaded" truck. This truck in question has many shall we say "variations" that give doubt to its original build. The missing cargo lamp is a biggie along with the interior wood on the dash. Without these, the insulation and seals its not a Cheyenne Super by the book. The roof paint is incorrect too by the way.

Re: Cheyenne Super "Dump Truck"
Pretty much, seems like a lot of the truck magazines from then and the 90's had a tilt bed on the front cover
