Radio
I have a after market radio in my 82 chev k20. It does not put out a lot of volume, could this be a ground problem or do I need to replace the radio. Thanks for any help.

Re: Radio
It's hard to answer with so little information. Is this just something off the shelf, plugged into the stock harness with an adapter or something?

Re: Radio
I'm going to bump this over to the audio area where it will get more of the right attention.

Re: Radio
Some aftermarket radios, don't have pre amps in because they just send it through the factory amp on new vehicles. One example is Power accoustic, sounds good in a new vehicle but would suck in are because no factory amp. I have a JVC and its a good brand and puts out a lot of sound for a reasonable price.
