Cant beleive its taken this long just to do the chassis. Well its done for the most part. New spindles,springs,ball joints, bushings,rotors, bearings, seals and lots of welding, cutting, grinding, sandblasting and painting.

looks great I started on my chassis today, I hope I can do it in 2-3 months, b-4 it gets hot again. Did you go back stock or lowered?

Thats rustoleum gloss black over their red oxide primer. The paint is OK but if I had to do it again I would have used another primer. I used it because I got two gallons of primer for free. I dont think there is anything wrong with the product, I may have layed it on too thick because the primer seams kind of rubbery. The gloss black is nice and tough and have used it on my trailer before. But next time I will use a urathane paint and primer. Overall I'm satisfied with the way it came out thanks to everyone here and Ed from Mothertruckers for all the help. |

In the front are 2 1/2 inch western spindles and 2 inch springs, The rear has 5" inch springs and 2" blocks. I have some 4" rear drop springs if your intrested, I will be near Deland next month. |
