3/4ton to 1/2ton leafs-length?

Anyone ever compared 3/4 ton rear leafs to 1/2 ton rear leafs? are they the same overall length with the offset centerpins as the 1/2 tons? Are they the same 2 1/4 inch width?

I picked up a 72 chassis. But the rear axle appears to be out of a later model(12 bolt 5 lug) Guy was parting out the truck. Axle and leaves were not on the chassis. Gave all my attention to the frame and missed that the leaves were spring under as well as too short in length! Pretty sure its out of a 73-79. Offset shock mounts as well. Believe I can use the axle(slightly wider and feels like a possible posi) but will need correct springs. 1/2 ton leaves seem scarce here in Phoenix with most part trucks being rear coils. There are a few 3/4 tons though. All yards are about 20 miles from where I live so would be nice to know before I make the drive if they would bolt on.
