help help 700r4

so I got the kit TV made eazy from bowtie overdrives and the guy at the shop called me today and stated that it would not work with my truck. He stated that the kit will interfear with my throttle cable and with out major modifacations it wont work. can anyone give me some insight to this claim. thank you time is of the essance.

post some photos of the motor without the air cleaner on it. what year truck, engine?

The truck is a 72 c10 with a sbc 350 and it ahs the holly 670 evenger carb on it. I dont have pics because the truck is at the shop.

If you run a Holley carb you'll need a adapter to make the cable work properly bracket #20-121.. Most speed shops will have it .. I just went they the same thing with my truck when I swapped over from a edelbrock to holley
