I have used it on tools for a long time. Never thought about a entire car or truck.

I have seen people use truck bed spray liner on the outside of the truck too.. It looks cool, but it leaves a rough texture..

Plastidip is a smoother texture, and is 100% reversible. It simply peels right off, just spray it "heavy" enough. If you do a really light coat it doesn't come off easily, but laid thick it peels off like a bad sunburn.

I've used it on a few wheels, and even to test out "color matching" on bumpers before. It is surprisingly durable, and can look great with the glossifier. It made it through winter just fine on my old beater, even through high pressure touchless car washes.

I've never used it on any of these old classics though.
