Have you tried the belt dressing several times and everytime the noise stops? To me it definitely sounds drive train related. I'm thinking tranny now. Maybe your timing chain has got slack in it? Are either of your motor mounts broke? If so your motor could be pulling up on one side when under a load. The motor mount might be rattling when lifted a little (just a thought).
