The subject asks it all I guess. I want stock rims, but I don't like the look of the skinny tires.. at all!!! What size rubber do you think would go on a stock 16'' rim? ANy ideas?
Thanks in advance, TOny

Are you wanting big meaty 4x4 tires or big meaty street tires?

I've got 265/70's on 16 x 8 stock wheels from a mid 90's Chevy, and they fit nicely, although they look a little oversized for the wheel. I've seen 265/70's on 16 x 10 wheels, which I think is the perfect fit.

I definitely don't want off road tires... just regular tires, not low profile or anything, but as wide as possible without being oversized for the stock rim.
THanks
