Re: 6x15 Disc Brake 6-lugs
I apologize to you or anyone else affected by how I handled this thread. I've been busy and not keeping on top of it as I normally would. When I get on the site the first thing I see are PMs and,as I generally do,I check those first. This person had posted in the thread that he wanted a quote then followed up with a PM as well. I've never had this situation before and now realize I could have handled this better by:
1- When I gave you and the other guy quotes for pairs I should have made it clear that I want to sell the set,but if another person wants the other pair I'd sell them in pairs. 2- Later in the thread when I mentioned I'd consider selling pairs I should have also given a price for a pair. That price was never given. These were priced as a set with the heavy expense of shipping considered...on a set. I mentioned that in post #10. That is also when I should have said pairs will only be sold when both pair were taken before the set. Because I never listed a price I went with 1/2 the cost of a set. The only way that's worth it is when both pair are delt with at the same time. 3- I should have also posted the quotes given in the PM in the thread at that time I was giving quotes. When I asked the buyer to post he would take them,I didn't realize it wouldn't be till the following afternoon. The deal was made the night before, before your post that you would take a pair. 4- Parts shoudn't be listed when the seller is too busy to tend his thread in the morning,afternoon/evening,and night. A lot can hppen between morning and night,or if night is skipped. I think the one night I fell asleep at the computer and never posted. I wasn't that busy when I posted this thread, but by the time I started getting heavy response it was a couple weeks later and I was busier. I started this thread to sell a set of wheels for $100 + shipping and sold then to the first person to post they will buy them in the thread. The very first person to respond was still corresponding in PM hoping to buy them of they were with a set of hubcaps, which I didn't have but said I'd ask a couple friends for him. I never asked him to post in the thread, but would have if a set of caps turned up. I probably disappointed him, too, but his interest came with an "if" and by not posting in the thread no one else knew he was still trying to buy them.

Re: 6x15 Disc Brake 6-lugs
No problem. My goal was to help someone out with these (while clearing out stuff I don't need),but I could only help one. The legwork part is like everything else with these trucks. We do it because we like the trucks and the people who drive them
