New hubcap score.

Hated the crappy white paint job rims on my dually. Has 6 new tires and I didn't really want stainless simulators.

It took a little while but I was able to get a nice set of period correct chevy hubcaps.

Awesome looking truck. I've never seen that clean looking of a set of those wheel covers, they look gooood on the there.

Yes they were in really good condition, even better then they looked in pictures. Took me a whole 15 minutes to get them shined up.

Looks great. And the funny thing is,back in the day I disliked them and first thing I did was rip them off! Times change and lookin' back from out ahead changes the veiw. I have the one 16.5 set in mothballs. I bought a sweet '78 Dooley used that had them and a new '84 cab & chassis Silverado that came with them,both in '86. The '86 got Alcoas and the '78 got similators

I am trying to keep it as close as I can to 1978. Next thing to find is an old louvered headache rack.
