60's Model Impala

I think it's an Impala. Would this wheel fit our trucks. It's a custom wheel and it's looks like a smaller diameter than our trucks. Was wondering if I could use it on our column and gain some belly room. Thanks for any info Jeff

Well, I've got a 65 Impala, and a 65 C10. Would you like me to measure both? The Impala wheel isn't that small... but it might be a little smaller than the truck.

yep the spline is pretty much the same on all gm

59 and 60 Biscayne wheels were what was used on the trucks as a "deluxe" wheel, until 65, 66 deluxe wheel was the same as a 64-66 chevy II.
even the locking column late model wheels should have the same spline.

A couple of years ago I bought one of those new downsized 59 Impala wheels, and the splines matched up perfectly. Unfortunately I had an aftermarket steering column that sank the top of the steering shaft too far down in the column housing. When I snugged the wheel down on the steering shaft, it clamped the wheel to the column and I couldn't turn the steering wheel. The new Ididit column I have now would have worked perfectly as the turn signal mechanism is right up at the top of the housing.

Just something to consider before spending your money.
