1972 c10 shorty stepside

this truck has been for sale for a while .it needs a little bit rocker work and floor work .the owner said 3k is his bottom dollar .to high or right on track or little meat left on the bone ? think it would make a really cool mobil gas shop truck !

If it's been for sale a while you have to wonder why. From the one pic it looks like a nice solid truck and possibly worth that IMO. Have you driven it to see how it runs/handles/stops?
