converting SM465 to M22/21/20 T-10
Looking to convert my 71 SWB Stepper from an SM465 to an M-22/21/20 or T-10. New motor going in and was wondering about the hump and the driveline mostly. I could figure out the rest.

Not sure on the hump, but the trans. x-member and driveshaft should be stock TH350 configuration.

If its a factory 4 speed the hump is removable. U could weld in a patch and cut your hole for your shifter after u mount tranny. Or you could find a big block auto hump which wouldn't have a hole from the factory then you could just cut the one hole you need.

Check the coller on the trans you are using. The SM465 has a larger hole in the bell housing then some of the other transmissions.
