1967 Front parking lights
I have a question about the front parking lights on my 67 C20. They come on with the head light switch at the first position but when you pull the switch to the second position for the headlights to come on the parking lights go out but still work as signals. It this sound normal for these trucks or should they be on even with the head lights.

Re: 1967 Front parking lights
Yes they are working as designed. I think 67 is the only year that works like this.

Re: 1967 Front parking lights
Yep my 67 c10 does the same thing if you notice 67 park lamps pigtails aren't the same as 68 I don't quite remember but I believe 67 the terminals are like this in the rubber plug: l- and in 68 there like this : |/ but none the less with about a 2 1/2" jumper wire you can make your 67's park lamps function like a 68... I believe 60-66 c10's have there park lamps function the same as 67 which is kinda cool there's random little features in the 67's which are shared with the 64ish -66 c10's and I think it just makes a really cool 60's style.

Re: 1967 Front parking lights
I know it has something to do with the lack of sidemarker lights. If you fish a little theres a thread that showa you how to jump the brown and purple (?) Wires to make it so the stay on but still function as a turn signal.
