well these are the hubcaps that fit your rims. at least thats what i think. where are u measuring. i think from the outside of the nibs is where the hubcaps cover

ChevyFreak60 make sure they fit, cuz i thought they may be for 15" push on style, but i think they are for the clip style. i will find out today and get back to you...

Pimpston, heres your hubcap lesson. First picture shows all three styles of 1964-1966 hubcaps. Cap far left is a 1966 GMC , middle 1966 and far right 1964-1965. Just note the outer edge of the center three sided shape with the raised lip is 66 only.
 Next picture below from left to right. This cap is half ton WITH NUBS fits over the nubs and fits 15 and 16 inch rims that are 6 lug only or later 4 nub 5 lug rims. Center cap is half ton 6 lug CLIP style, fits 16 inch with clips and 17.5 with clips or even the older 15s with clips. Far right is what you have, 3/4 ton 8 lug only.  And heres a few close ups of each
