72 Tilt column wiring

Hello everybody. I have a 1965 Chevy Suburban, that has a tilt column from a 72 pickup. I think I read somewhere that the hazard switch wire is the brown one? I only have a little piece to hook into, and was wondering if I could hook into my stock(repro) harness to have hazards?, and what else I would need, as far as a flasher, fuse etc? Does anyone have a wiring diagram that shows where the brown wire goes on a 72 truck?
Thanks everyone
