Triangulated 4 link
Has anyone fabricated their own triangulated 4 link on a 67-72 shortbed chevy? I'm looking into making my own if I can

Re: Triangulated 4 link
Nothing here but would be curious to see one. Would be good set up. I would think.

Metalfab, the name is appropriate! Nice looking setup, very professional. Super sano, in the olde vernacular.

I agree. Great setup. Will probably fab up something similar on mine when I get a little more time.

Re: Triangulated 4 link
Nice job metalfab. Have you considered doing a build thread for that truck? I'm sure there a few who'd be interested in how you put it together(myself included). Maybe just a Suspension how-to?

Re: Triangulated 4 link
Metal fab do you have any of the dimensions or geometry for your 4link? If so are you willing to share some of the specs or how to go about getting the right measurements for a triangulated 4 link. Thanks again

Re: Triangulated 4 link
I will go thru CADD when I get up & going again. Been in & out of hospital again & not able to do much. I will post up what ever I can find. I remember drawing all of this up, but some changes were made when actually building & not sure if I updated drawings. But I will send you what I have no problem. I actually have the motor out at this time.............dam DART HEADS!!!! Never seen anything like the machining & parts used in these HIGH DOLLAR HEADS!! Would not recommend these, unless you get them bare & machine & get your own parts!!

Re: Triangulated 4 link
Hey I know the feeling. I can't do any actual work on my truck because I broke my hand and had to get 5 pins put in to fix the damage. I appreciate all the help.

Re: Triangulated 4 link
Not really a true triangulated 4 link but close enough. This is the suicide doors rear kit I installed in my 67

Re: Triangulated 4 link
yeah i have seen a few kits like that. i don't plan on bagging my 72 so its been limiting my options as far as pre built kits. good looking set up though boostedc10

Re: Triangulated 4 link
I was reading an old issue of custom classic trucks and saw an ad for Johnny law motors. Turns out they sell a few four link kits for 67-72. Not too bad on price either
