I think the bolts are 3/8" coarse thread. The standard bench seat requires 8 of them.

IIRC the 5/16-18 usage goes back into the 50s with only some change in length. But this thread should cover you back to 67 as well.

The seat belt bolts are a 7/16- 20 (fine thread)...not sure about the seat mounting bolts.
