HD lighting harness question

I bought one of the HD headlight harnesses a year ago or so from VH Coachworks and am just now getting around to installing it. I have an email into him but see from his sales thread there may be some issues there. Anyway, my question is whether or not the drivers side original headlight connector can simply be cut off and splice the tan and green (i think those are the colors) together so they run to the passenger side. That way i can eliminate the drivers side original plug and tidy up the wiring a little bit. It is a very high quality harness and it will be great when done. Thanks for your guys' (and even gals) help.

It would help to know what wires are what on the harness. As long as you tap into the High beam and low beam it shouldn't matter if you cut the old light connectors off if not going to use them with the new lights.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
