Between Rear Rails Stock Fuel Tank
While looking through the 1967 GM Heritage info kit, I noticed a listing for a fuel tank that apparently came stock "inside frame at rear" on some trucks. Page 20 listed under C10 - Standard Equipment. It says it was for models ending in 02 or 12 which equates to Series C10 - Cowls.
Does anyone know the story behind this? Are there actually stock tanks between the rails?

Re: Between Rear Rails Stock Fuel Tank
I think page 20 is referring to standard equipment for Panels and Suburbans.
