new 71 k10 4x4 i got
Well I couldn't help it and bought a 71 k10 off my local Chevy buddy and fellow board member frank.
He cut me a nice deal. Its a 71 k10. Kind of a low option bad boy but is automatic and runs beautifully. Power steering, power brakes.idiot lights and no ac but that's OK. After an hei swap and tossing the points it runs like new, just as well as my 01 Chevy. The cab needs a driver rocker and outer floor pan(its OK as is structure wise). The plans drive it throughout summer here and there and have fun with it, and when it cools off (116 in summer here till end august) I was thinking of swapping the body off my 67 small window onto it. The 67 is actually for sale. But if it doesn't sell maybe I'll swap over? Its cab is way better then this one.and sheet metal is near perfect. What do you guys think? Replace cab and keep 71 or go 67 body?(67 pic included) Anyways here a few pics!

I should of made a poll.I'm torn between the 2.
Any other thoughts fellas? 67 or 71? Painted either way maybe dark cherry red?
