L6 ignition coil question
Looking for some help here. Can some one post a picture of the wiring on the coils (+) side.
I have only one wire coming off of the starter.

See if this helps any. Shows both HEI and points. Points will be white and pink wires to the coil

63 c10 am i missing something.... WHY the yellow wire from the "R" ter. to HEI ????

I am no electrical expert by any means....just a diagram I've had on file and have used. I'd pose the question in the electrical section and see what they say. This diagram's been on the forum for awhile and was one I stuck a "sticky" on so I could access it.

it could be a major PITA if you were to lose continuity on the pink (ING.) wire as it would "RUN" while you were cranking then as soon as you got off the starter it would die
