May have a full set of 20 from my old '72 half ton five lug. Will check later today and let you know.

Found the lug nuts, full set of 20, 1/2'' x 20 fine thread. Original GM from my '72 2WD 1/2 I no longer have. Good threads and nice sharp corners, not rounded on the flats. $15 plus shipping if interested, can do pics of them if wanted.

Got an actual live quote from the PO to mail the lug nuts. $7.90 to ship Parcel or Standard Post, ($22.90 total) or I can use a small flat rate Priority box for $5.80. Because of the weight involved, best I could do is $20 shipped in the small Priority box. Let me know, money order or $$, do not have Paypal.
