55 chevy second series bumper question
Hi, Guys I was messing around with my bumper install. I put a camaro clip in my 55 Chevy 1/2 ton second series. I dry fit my fenders and radiator support it all fit as planned. But my bumper looks a little longer in the photo's iv seen. I was just wondering if I had the measurements right on the bumper section. Does any one know what the front cab mount brackets to the front of the frame is suppose to be. Here is a picture of what I have.
Thanks for the help. -Larry |

Re: 55 chevy second series bumper question
This might help!
13.75 + 43.24 = 56.99

Re: 55 chevy second series bumper question
ChuckDriver,
Thanks I have that same frame measurements in my assembly book. I guess I didn't see the 13.75. Thanks for the help. Nice build by the way. -Larry |
