I got it at Home Depot in the cabinet and countertop section. It's for applying laminate countertops and vinyl toe kick. you brush it on both pieces, WAIT for it to completely tack up then apply the vinyl woodgrain. If you touch it and it's still sticky WAIT some more because you only have 1 shot at it.
