What to use for a wiper motor?

Where can I get one that will last more than a few hours to a few months? I am sick of changing that thing

And just to clarify, you mean the wiper motor, not the washer motor correct?

Re: What to use for a wiper motor?

Yes sir the wiper motor, my dad bought this truck new, and the original lasted until about 2003, since I have been through 4, two worked for a few months one for only a few minutes and the other for a year or more, I disassembled the entire mechanism and cleaned and lubed it, have replaced the switch, and it still went out again!!!! I found the thread with all of the test procedures I just need to pull it and test it I guess. Is there a source for new or quality remans? the ones I have been getting are cardone and I am not impressed. It's a ***** of a job!!
