Well, after a little hiatus on his truck, we got back to it this past weekend. I had to cut out and repair a section of the front cab corner in front of the lower hinge area. The previous body guy replaced the rocker but was shoddy in doing so. He welded the aftermarket edge of it to whatever good metal he could tack to-nevermind that he should have just made his own repair panel to graft the two together with. I didn't think to take pics once I was down n dirty working on it but I'll get some pics of where I'm at now.

I can't believe the guy would leave a gaping hole there and fill it with fiberglass and prime over the area-my father in law kept remarking how "aw hell that's too much work-its just an old truck...." I spent about 6 hours so far properly combining the rocker panel, cab corner patch, floorboard edge and firewall seam....and I'm not done with it yet....
