These trucks haven't changed much since 2010. If it was relevant to people then, it's relevant to people now, I'd say.

I'd also like to point out that I was misconstrued in the original thread and for the record I'd like to clarify that.

In my first post I mentioned that I had bought a pertronix unit for my Corvette because it had a tach drive built into the distributor.

In the same post I pointed out that the op could get a complete HEI distributor for $38, which would be cheaper, but he would have to change the plug wires. This would make the two units comparable in price, but I failed to make the distinction that the pertronix unit does not require different wires.,
