Ecmb fuse keeps blowin

hi fellas well today I was driving the truck on a major highway when it just shut down without warning , a friend came to help me figure what was wrong. we found out it was not getting gas , so we checked the fuses and found that the ECMB fuse was blown . so we replaced it , but as soon as you turn the key in the on position it would blow. so i had to get it towed back to my house . well I googled the issue and it turns out the fuses is attached to a orange wire, that goes to both the fuel pump relay and the oil pressure switch. and one of the main problem with this wire is it rubbing against the block overtime and then grounding out . and that is exactly what happened to my truck the two wire going to the oil pressure switch 1 being the orange wire was fused together , soon as I separated them the fuse stopped blowing and truck started right up. so if anyone ever runs into this problem look there 1st then look on the passenger side in the back and see if the orange wire is messed up . Hope this will help .
