Exactly how "identical" are 67-72 big truck/small truck Cabs?

MY cab is rusted beyond comprehension, and someday if I have the chance I might replace it. But I remember reading a thread concerning the previous generation of chevy's 1966 and older and how their shifter area "humps" were not quite the same as the small trucks.

I want to make it clear: Are the 67-72 small/big truck cabs completely-exactly-in-every-way identical, or is there a difference?

Thank you very much.

Different. Firewalls are different as is the front of the floor pans. Rockers are different. Doors "can" be swapped. The difference is only in the lower front corner. They can be cut.

you should note that c/40 c/50 fenders are only about a 3" flare and c/60 fenders are almost 8" of flare...

here are the fenders that I am using for my rear flares...

The 3" C40/50 fenders would work for me but at this point I am looking for most anything.
So if anyone knows of a pair that's available I am very interested.

Thanks
