Yes it is original to the 67- as in it left the factory with it, maybe not that one, but one like it.

It's the beverage dispenser. Store your beverage of choice under the hood with a tube going into the bottle, hook it up, and use your windshield wiper switch to start pouring.

I used to know a guy just like that. OJ in the cab, vodka in the washer bottle, screwdrivers anytime you want one. Which was often. Guy drank all the time and unless he changed his ways he's probably dead.

I just learned about them this week. That is where they were mounted in the factory, but when they went bad or started leaking and I guess that was quite often they would relocate to the outside of the firewall.
