72 Suburban converting
I am converting my 72 400 BB to 502 with tremac 600 5speed anyone convert there 72 truck from auto to standard and wonder if any problems or tips to make it all go smoothly would be of great help. Also would like to put a one belt pulley system with A/C on 502 and any suggestions to what would be best would help. Thanks

Re: 72 Suburban converting
Coool Burb! 502 and a 5 speed will be a hoot. Lots of guys with trucks on here running a Tremec and BB. You might want to post this question in the pu column or drivetrain.

'87-'95 TBI big block accessory brackets should work. Just need to find correct set up for your application. Prolly have to run reverse water pump of the era as well.
