rear suspension ????
65 c10 rear suspension. I am in the process of building a 1956 c10. I am installing air ride suspension on the truck and I was looking for someone to answer a question for me.
I am using a 2001 5.3 engine with a few goodies should be around 400 horses when done. Should I use a four link setup or a triangulated four link? Not going to be drag raced much and might do a little twisty turny road coursing. But still unsure about what rear suspension. Any help will be greatly appreciated. |

Re: rear suspension ????
The truck arms will be fine for the planned use of the truck. For road coursing they will do well. They are used in a lot of pro touring setups and under all the NASCAR cup cars.

Porterbuilt has a rear set up for you. Ride Tech as well.

Moved this into the Suspension forum as you will likely get better results.

Re: rear suspension ????
I personly like the triangulated as it’s easy to set up, and works. A four link set-up, that’s a bit vague as there are numerous 4-link set ups.
Tri-linked gets my vote. And you can do road racing, burnouts, doughnuts, whatever you fancy.
