what are thes holes for
I think the big ones are for the 3rd point of the seat belts but were the small ones for anything?

Pass side are for the coat hook??? not sure about the ones on the driver side

They are threaded. I used them for my shoulder belts.

The larger holes are shoulder belt mounts and the small pair is coat hook.

Coat hook. However the earlier years did not have a coat hook.

in the 2nd pic at the bottom of the back window around the curve of the cab, any ideas on that?

Is it a coat hook or what looks like a closet rod or even a clothes line. I saw one the othe day in a mint 72 Cheyenne super. I'll get pics of it next time I'm there.
