Finally Found!!

After 8 years of searching junkyards, Craigslist, and EBay. I finally found a bedside storage bin.

It was hard to find a real steel one, so the fiberglass version will do......for now.

Re: Finally Found!!

Thanks LeeH, it's been a process.

If you know of anyone needing parts, there are two 67-72 Chevy trucks in the U Pick U Save yard in Pomona.

Re: Finally Found!!

If I was in the market for a fleetside, I'd want one with the bedside tool box.

Congrats bro, on finding one.

I've seen many with the door and box removed. They don't last long out here.

Yep, if you aren't standing there when they drop the truck, it'll be stripped within the hour. Funny how every old Ford still has the door and box present.

Yeah, I know about the door.....I got one. I'm certain I read awhile back that the original bins were steel and the fiberglass was it's replacement. I don't recall if rusting or something else was a reason for replacing.

After a few "sold it" replies to PMs I've sent to various folks here, I kinda halted the search.
