need help with backspace on rims

I have a 71 1/2 ton 4wd, stock and need new tires and rims.

I have a set of tires that are 265/75/16, I need some rims. I have narrowed it down to a set from Summit, just need to make sure they will work.

16x8 with 4.25 inches of backspace, offset -6.0 mm

I know someone else who is running these on his 3/4 ton, just wanted to make sure it would work for my stock setup on my 1/2 ton.

Will there be any issue with these fitting?
