Hyrdaulics vs Air bags
What's the difference? Is one better than the other.

I would guess that bags would ride a bit better while hydraulics would be a bit more radical...

One major difference is how the bags/hydros are operated. Hydraulics use oil to operate the cylinders. The oil needs a pump and a "dump". To compare, an AirBag uses air instead of oil and there's no need for a dump, because you just release the air into the open.
Is one better than the other? I think that depends on how you want to use them... If you simply want a system to raise and lower your truck, either one will do that. But if you want it to hop or do side to side motions etc, the setup is going to be more elaborate.
