Burb seats
Does anyone know if the 67/72 Burbs came with the second seat as standard equipment or was it an option. I've seen spids with the option "second and rear seat" spelled out but don't remember seeing a stand alone option for the second seat and any of the 1000 ( probably not exagerating, and still looking ) Burbs looked at always had the second seat.

Re: Burb seats
I've never seen a burb without the second seat, but have seen many without the third seat option. Im sure it was standard. I know you could get a panel with only the drivers bucket seat.

Re: Burb seats
As far as I know the AS3 wide center seat only or the A80 narrow center and rear seats were optional all years. However there is mention in the 72 brochure (Aug 71) that C20 included the center seat as standard. This is not reflected as a series price diferential for the AS3 or A80 in the January 28 72 price guide. So that may be incorrect and they continued to remain an option as in earlier years. Also a front seat only is listed as base equipment for all years. Plus almost every seat option required spring and or tire upgrades from base too.

Re: Burb seats
The A52 "Front seat only", possibly, was used on Suburbans going to upfitters. There are examples of Suburban ambulances on this board.

Re: Burb seats
As in my above post, in 72 the A52 was for the Custom Vinyl front seat option offered only in Parchment. Here is a SPID showing the A52 front seat, the A80 Center and rear seats plus the 660 Parchment trim code.
