Re: 3100 glove box
Are you talking about the glove box lid or the speaker cover? My parts info says they are the same for both years.
If you are talking about the card board inside for the glove box, that is the same also. |

Re: 3100 glove box
Ok, I mis read my info. All my sources show 47-49 & 50 - 53
.In looking at them I cant see a difference but there must be one. It may have something to do with the wiper linkage |

Re: 3100 glove box
Do you think it will fit with a bit of modification?

Re: 3100 glove box
LMC shows the same split but I don't know what the difference is.
I've got a 49 cab at home and a 51 cab and think both still have the glove boxes in them. It may be something as simple as one being deeper than the other. I got home way after dark last night and didn't get to look up under the dash of either cab to check the linkage.

I have no idea but that seller is using the same picture in both ads.

Re: 3100 glove box
Jim Carter Truck parts says something about the earlier ones use a metal band to hold them in

Re: 3100 glove box
Good as I looked at my cabs and neither has the glove box behind the door just empty space.
