Reminds me of an old Dodge bench.....if you can weld you should be able to make frame from square tubing to mount it too.....or you can buy a set up(expensive)........

With just centering that seat in the cab......you should be able to mark, drill holes, and make anchor plates to go underneath the truck to bolt them in.......
