GMC leaf spring rear flip kit shorter shock part number
Hey guys. Doing a home made flip kit on my gmc leaf spring rear. I think the frame is a 71ish? Not sure, but flipping the axle above the springs. Both shock mounts are pointing towards the front of the truck. Does anyone know the part number for the shorter shock i would use after flipping the rear end? Thanks

You can use the front size shock on the rear after a flip. I used that on my LWB with Monroe Sensa-Trac with no c-notch. Make sure to trim down or install shorter bump stops and relocate your shock mounts to the other hole for a more upright shock position.
