1976 instrument cluster

Just picked up an old 1976 instrument cluster from the salvage dealer. I want to use the tach and fuel gauge out of it. Is there an easy way to test them before I install them?

Re: 1976 instrument cluster

Probably installing is the easiest way you would need a rheostat for fuel gauge and tach some kind pulse signal.
