Looks great Cort, that truck is easily one of my favorites here.

Thanks everyone!

I'm not sure what I'll use next. Maybe just PPG's premium line, whatever it is called. Hopefully I'm not painting anything else for awhile. I'm tired. Haha.

What little experience I've had with Nason paint was good. I'm not a painter but the few I know say it's decent.

I love the green combo much better than the brown, but the truck is soooo goood no matter which it had.

Re: In memory of Tom Bowlin: the little green truck build

No updates lately. I've just been driving her everyday. Later this summer I will have to pull the top end of the engine back apart and clean out all the oil and soot that has built up in the intake.

I just bought a new daily driver so I can stop racking up the miles on my little green truck. The miles are currently at 70,2xx and I don't want to put much more on it any time soon.

Standby on more progress later this summer. In the meantime, here is my new daily driver! 4.3L, 5 speed, 3.42 gears, 157k miles:

Well, I thought I would change things up and run the stock wheels for a change.

Looks OK, but I like your other rims better. Maybe if those were wider rims. BUT, she still looks real good!
