world of wheels worthy?

Hey guys, just wanted to know if it would be worth my time to take my truck to the world of wheels car show next weekend in Indy, or if I would be embarrased. I have never been to it before. BTW, I scored 85/100 at Super Chevy Show and got runner up in my class. Here are some pics. Thanks, and don't hesitate to be totally honest.

go

It's a great looking truck, you should be proud, but go to have fun, not with a trophy in mind.

good luck, scott

Go for it. I also agree with what Scott said. Go and have fun and don't worry about the trophys. Although, that looks pretty good to me. I've seen some badly scratched and nicked stuff at WOW before.

Nicks and scratches....

are just signs that vehicles that are worthy of being shown are actually used to be driven as they should be. If I can't drive it, I don't want it. If I want a vehicle I can rub with a diaper all day, I'd get the car on "Rides" the other night. The Enzo Ferrari. Yeah right, like I'd WASTE $650,000 on ONE vehicle I wouldn't want to drive.

Take it to the show...take that back DRIVE IT to the show. I would.

Take it
That truck is sweet!

One thing though....throw some new gas/brake/clutch pedal pads on there. I don't mean to nitpick your truck, it is 20x nicer than mine, but sinced you asked about taking it to a fairly high-profile car show i would do that if it were mine

Thanks guys, to answer your question, yes those seats came out of a tahoe. I paid $250 for them, the console and seatbelts. I just had to have a small piece of material replaced on the driver seat to make them look good.

Now, I just have to call to find out if I am too late to register for the show. Oh, and find an enclosed trailer to borrow- the roads are pretty nasty up here.
